I started life with a longing to be on stage. I would sing, dance, act - do just about anything to get up in front of people and entertain them.

I followed my passion to University College Cork studying Drama and Theatre Studies, where I fell out of love with performing and in love with Producing and Directing. 

​

Soon I learned that it wasn't just the medium of theatre that I fell in love with but the ability to tell a story to an audience and make them laugh, cry and feel.

 

I also found that the transition between Theatre and PR wasn't that stark? Time, people, events, relationships - all these need management in both careers.

I had done it, I could do it, so jumped, head first, into to PR.

To be able to share in a moment of emotion and realise our humanity through the art of storytelling is something I find deeply moving. 

​

Even in this digital age with fast paced technology and mass communicative possibilities, I long to hold onto the human to human connection that bring us this emotion and, in turn, brings us together.
